Cable measurement, marking and packaging

Lapp Automaatio measures, cuts and packs the cables and conductors according to customer's wishes.

A service fee is charged for handling, measuring, cutting and spooling of cables and conductors to a custom length(s) according to the following pricing table.

First lenght/delivery batch/spool	20,00 €
Additional lenght(s) from the same spool.	5,00 €
Reeling/Spooling	20,00 €

Service fee is not charged if default factory lengths are ordered (e.g. full standard length spool).

Example 1: Cable ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 3G1,5 is measured to the following lengths (from the same spool): 2 x 25 m + 35 m + 64 m. The total amount of service fee in this instance would be: 20,00 € + 3 x 5,00 € = 35,00 €.

Example 2: Cable ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 3G1,5 is measured 1 x 65 m, cable ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 CY 4G2,5 is measured 2 x 28 m and conductor H07V-K 16 BK is measured 10 x 12 m. The total amount of service fee in this instance would be: 1 x 20,00 € + 1 x 20,00 € + 1 x 5,00 € + 1 x 20,00 € + 9 x 5,00 € = 110,00 €.

When ordering cables and/or conductors it is necessary to inform clearly the wanted length(s) in meters.

Lapp Automaatio reserves the right to deliver cables and single cores measured and cut in its warehouse +/- 10 % of the ordered length or +/- 10 % of non-stock items or the manufacturer’s original packed items. Please contact Lapp Automaatio if other tolerances are required.

Labeling and packaging service

Lapp Automaatio makes wire and cable markings on behalf of customers. In addition, the cables and conductors are packed accordingly to customer's wishes. The services of marking and packing will be charged according to the separate agreement or quatation.
