3. Name of the register
Lapp Automaatio's register of customers and stakeholders Purpose for processing personal data

The purposes for processing include the management of the customer relationship, fulfilment of the rights and obligations of the customer and the controller, and processing according to the Personal Data Act for purposes related to online services, research activities, the direction of the controller's advertising and/or direct-marketing efforts on the basis of information about customers through the controller's means of communication and services, without disclosing personal data to outside parties.

5. The register can contain the following information about customers:

- First name and last name
- The person's job title (not of all individuals)
- E-mail address
- Mobile and/or other phone number
- Organisation and position
- Organisation's address details
- Contact log Regular sources of information for the register

The register is compiled of Lapp Automaatio's customer information system, publicly available internet sources, information obtained from customers during commercial projects, and any other public sources.

7. Regular disclosures of information
The controller will not disclose customers' personal data to outside parties, except when actions by Finnish authorities so require. No personal data will be transferred outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

8. Deletion of data
Data may be deleted at an individual's demand or due to the ending of a customer relationship.

9. Principles for protecting the register
All personal details will be stored in confidence. The information network of the controller and its information technology partners, if any, and the equipment where the register is located are protected with a firewall and by other necessary technical measures.
